There are so many people in the world to have as a hero, but my hero is my kindergarten teacher Mrs.Huntzinger. She taught not only math, reading, and writing; she taught values. The most excellent value I learned from her was caring and how much it can help someone in a time of pain. It was a hard time my dog Fergie had just passed away and she did the kindest thing ever. She invited my mom to class and read the story Dog Heaven. It was miraculous through the whole story the class was silent and that is not normal for a kindergarten class. At the end she told the entire class she read it for Fergie and my family. This simple lesson made not only the pain in my heart go away, but also the smile that can show someone you care come back and shine as brilliantly as ever.
